- The clients should pre-book VIP Centre services by sending an e-mail or a fax not less than 6 hours before the arrival/departure (we do not guarantee provision of the service if it is booked less than 6 hours prior to arrival/departure).
- We reserve the right to refuse service.
- Please secure the service reservation by a credit card or a 100% prepayment.
- Arrival at the VIP terminal not later than one hour before the departure.
- The price of the service covers the client’s stay in the VIP Centre for 2 hours before the scheduled time of departure or for 2 hours after the actual time of arrival.
- The clients who cancel the pre-booked service at least 2 hours before the arrival/departure will not be charged for the service.
- The clients who cancel the pre-booked service less than 2 hours before the arrival/departure will be charged full price of the service.
